Group Classes

Power Circuit: a dynamic total body workout based on the principles of Pilates. Our classes are a fusion of Reformer, Wunda Chair, Small Apparatus, Circuit, TRX and Barre.
Reformer Small Group: do Pilates properly, focusing on your form. Work up a sweat and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger.

55-minute Pilates session personalised to you and your body. Help to rehab injuries. Form and technique focused. Great for those who want individualised programs for specific sports.
