55-minute fusion class combining Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Small Apparatus, Circuit, TRX and Barre. Focus on Pilates Principles, work up a sweat and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger. Maximum of 6 clients per session. Open-level class.
Not suitable for those carrying injuries. If you are new to our studio or have not previously used the studio equipment, please contact us to book in an Initial Private lesson first. Pregnant clients are welcome in the Circuit Class after their Initial Private.
