Learn Pilates the right way!
55-minute fusion class combining Reformer, Wunda Chair, Small Apparatus, Circuit, TRX and Barre. A slower paced class, ideal for those are who are new to Pilates and have not previously used the Studio equipment. We recommend you attend at least 1 Foundation class prior to a Power Circuit class. Learn Pilates Principles, correct breathing, pelvic floor activation, core control and spinal mobility. Maximum of 6 clients per session. Beginner / Intermediate-level class.
