Initial Private (1:1)

Prerequisite for ANY NEW CLIENTS to the studio.
55-minute PRIVATE Pilates session personalised to you and your body.

Learn the Pilates Principles, Correct Breathing, Pelvic floor activation, Core Control and Spinal Mobility.

Movement and spinal assessment. Form, alignment and technique focused. Learn how to use the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair and other studio equipment.

Kathryn Reeves Pilates

Power Circuit (1:6)

Warning: these classes can be addictive!

55-minute STUDIO CIRCUIT combining Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Cardio. Focus on the Pilates Principles, work up a sweat and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger. Maximum of 3-6 clients per session. Open-level class.

Not suitable for those carrying injuries. If you are new to our studio please contact us to book in an Initial Private lesson first. Pregnant clients are welcome in the Power Circuit Class after their Initial Private.
