55-minute fusion class combining Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Small Apparatus, Circuit, TRX and Barre. Focus on Pilates Principles, work up a sweat and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger. Maximum of 6 clients per session. Open-level class.
Not suitable for those carrying injuries. If you are new to Pilates or have not previously used the Studio equipment, we recommend either an Initial Private lesson or a Foundation Circuit class (no injuries). Pregnant clients welcome.
